Delivery & Shipping

International shipping can take longer than we are used to. Our apologies. EU shipping only!

Darkling works with Bpost or DPD. They provide the greatest care to our parcels and deliver it neatly at your home or office.

Shipping to Belgium costs 3 euros if you use Mondial Relay, 5 euros to a Bpost-parcelshop near you or 6.50 euros to your home or work adress.  

For the rest of Europe standard shipping is depends on what region you live in. Since the arrival of COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine shipping costs went up with a lot of couriers. My advice: shop local with small businesses like myself, even if you are shopping online. This will bring great joy and can make a difference!!

Once your order and payment is received, your order will be made ready to ship. When you order and pay on working days before 13pm, we aim to dispatch your parcel the same day. The average delivery time is 2-3 working days for Belgium and 3-5  working days for neighboring countries. 

You are free to have your order delivered to your home address, with someone else or your office. If you are not at home or at your chosen address, the courier leaves a note with you. On that vignette you can find where your order is at. On the back you will also find the contact information to request a 2nd offer. You can follow the route of your order via track & trace. 

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an article or other failure in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Darkling.

The risk for loss or damage shall pass to the customer as he/she (or designated by third party other than the carrier) has received the Goods physical possession. The risk, however, is all about the customer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier of the Customer has been commissioned to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by Darkling.
